Ravi Bala is an Agetech expert and a consulting Chief Growth Officer to startups. He is Co-Founder and a former Board Member at HealthSignals, LLC, a leader in technology solutions for better senior living. His passion is changing the model of eldercare and disability care services with the aid of AI, Robotics and Passive Monitoring. He is currently working on a cross border accelerator (US-India) focusing on Assistive Technologies. His board activities (past and present): Chair, Capital for Good, Girls First Fund (mission to end child marriage across the globe), SeniorTrade eZine, OpenlyGray and RegDesk.

Lilian Myers

Lilian Myers serves as board member, advisor, mentor, and coach to a number of organizations in the USA and Europe, including Florida Blue Cross/Guidewell Innovation, The UK National Innovation Centre on Ageing, Delehealth, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Center for Entrepreneurship, and Legacy Angel Network. She was CEO of StarterStudio, a leading Florida tech accelerator, where she grew the organization’s program offerings by 150% and oversaw pre-seed and seed-stage investments directed to more than 40 qualifying program graduates. She was a founding partner in EconomyFour, a social enterprise helping organizations rethink and reset for a long-life future, using data methodologies and workshops. Prior to that, Myers spend four years at IBM, where she was the Global Leader for Aging and the Longevity Economy, working with clients throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania, helping to identify and develop opportunities for new products and services.  Her previous 25 years in technology began at Microsoft and led her to co-founder and executive positions with companies in health and e-commerce, which were subsequently acquired by Siemens Healthcare, Aetna, and Google. Her leadership roles included corporate development, marketing, product management and internationalization. Along the way, she also gained wide experience in raising both venture and strategic capital along with a passion for innovation and startup company building.

Michael Skaff is the Chief Technology Officer for Dele Health Tech, a leading fall prevention software company based in Norway. Skaff previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer for JSLG and the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living, the largest private nonprofit Skilled Nursing Facility in California. Michael has also served as the COO for the Masons of California, a 173-year old healthcare and membership organization, CIO of LesConcierges, a global Concierge Services company, and CIO of the San Francisco Symphony. 

He also serves as an advisor in digital health to startups and Venture Capital. 

James Beem

James Beem holds over 25 years of healthcare experience represented within a diverse and rich mix of Fortune 100 firms including CVS/Aetna, Humana, Walgreens, and IBM. His professional background includes positions leading teams and projects over functions including health analytics, managed care operations, healthcare finance, survey research, medical economics, and business intelligence.

James has a broad academic background which includes a Master’s in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Master’s in Health Informatics and Information Management from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. James is also a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Nashville Health Care Council.

In addition to his professional and academic experiences, James has contributed to the publication of the 2019 release of “Healthcare Analytics-Foundations and Frontiers” by CRC Press. James has also been featured in media outlets such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Becker’s Hospital Review and Fierce Healthcare.

Jon Warner

5-time company CEO, Jon Warner is a health and healthcare entrepreneurship expert having founded and led 3 startups of his own. Following his 15 years in the corporate world, Jon founded and grew a management consulting business, carrying out a range of strategy assignments for large companies mainly in the life sciences and general healthcare sector.

In the last 10 years or so, Jon has been doing advisory board work with technology focused companies, mainly in Healthcare and the Healthy Aging space. Jon is a noted speaker at businesses and colleges across the world. He is also a prolific author having published many books, all concerning business, management, leadership, innovation, and Is technology. Jon has a PhD in Psychology (Neuro-science specialism).

Geri Lynn Baumblatt

Geri Lynn Baumblatt, MA,  has worked in patient engagement, education, shared decision making, care transitions, informed consent, design thinking, and health technology for over 20 years. She designed Emmi’s multimedia products and oversaw the creation of their interactive library. She consults for organizations like AHRQ, John Hopkin, and health technology companies. She was the multimedia expert on AHRQ’s Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool. She serves on PCORI’s Patient Engagement Advisory Panel, the Leadership Board of the Journal of Patient Experience, and has a column on Healthcare IT Today. She co-founded the Difference Collaborative Alliance to improve support for family caregivers.@GeriLynn
